Stone forest warranties its products for 5 years from date of purchase.

Garden Returns

Please report receipt of any damaged goods immediately to Stone Forest and to the carrier who delivered the merchandise. Please retain the packing material for a damage inspection. Proper reporting of damages is required before any credit adjustments can be made. Any claims not reported within 5 days of delivery may be subject to replacement or shipping charges.

We will be happy to exchange or credit you within 30 days of the delivery date, a restock fee will be charged on all non-defective items. No refund will be given for shipping charges for any non-damaged or non-defective return.
