Our Mizubachi Fountain is inspired by the work of Japanese American sculptor, Isamu Noguchi. We begin by choosing just the right basalt stone and then practice minimal intervention to bring out “the form within the stone”.
The Mizubachi Fountain is available in two sizes: 20 and 39 inches high. The natural, oxidized exterior is framed with saw cuts that polish to a deep black. Each fountain is unique. Size, shape, and color will vary. The images show our 39-inch high size and the second image is a good representation of our current material.
Due to the size and weight of the 39" Fountain, we recommend a specialized installation. Installation Information
Lift gate service is not available for individual items over 2000 pounds. You will need a way on site to offload the truck.
Our online quoting system will return an accurate quote for verifiable addresses, and orders of 15 items or less. For unusual addresses or larger orders, please contact us for an exact shipping rate based on the items you are ordering and your delivery zip code. Call us at 888-682-2987 or email info@stoneforest.com.
Because we want to offer the lowest possible prices on shipping, we don't use flat rates or offer an amount based on the order price. Our rates are figured on total weight and delivery address.
As the largest independent shipper in New Mexico, we've negotiated reasonable rates.
With over 20 years of shipping experience, we take full responsibility for products in transit and assure an easy and affordable delivery.
We can ship to any location in the world—we get fantastic rates from the major freight companies, and include residential delivery and 24 hour delivery notification at no extra charge above standard shipping cost.
UPS orders ship via Ground. Please inspect items upon arrival and notify us immediately with shortages or damage.
FREIGHT We work with two of our most trusted freight carriers, ABF and SAIA to deliver our heavier items. Upon shipment these carriers will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need an adult on site to accept the shipment. Make sure to supply an accurate phone number. The freight company will make three attempts to contact you for delivery before they begin to charge storage fees.
Our carriers will drop your order at your curb but will not bring it any closer. Lift gate service is not available for individual items over 2000 pounds. You will need a way on site to offload the truck. We do our best to pack orders to allow for lift gate service.
Orders will arrive on standard freight trucks. Deliveries in some locations are not possible. Extremely narrow roads, areas with low over hanging trees and powerlines, and dirt roads can cause delivery issues. If you are concerned about your location, reach out to us and we can confirm deliverability. We can also ship directly to the freight terminals for pick up by your contractor or landscaper.
Any change of address after the shipment has left our shop will incur a reconsignment fee.
If the crate is damaged, ask the driver to wait while you inspect for damage to your items or refuse the delivery. Any product damages must be claimed within five days.
